Beginning in February, Instructor Todd Leitermann will be teaching a Kids' Grappling Class (ages 8-13) on Monday and Wednesday at 6 P.M. The class will teach a combination of ground and stand-up defense techniques in a fun and captivating environment. It will also serve as a beginning foundation for those kids that are interested in training in MMA in the future. Please give us a call for more information.

Alex Sandro DaSilva, "Alex Silva Ruas," has officially backed out of the sparring session that was to be held with Larry Downs, Jr. on February 20, 2010. Larry continually tried to accommodate all of Alex's stipulations to this sparring session, but apparently it just wasn't enough. Larry has extended an open invitation to Alex in the event that Alex is capable and willing to have the sparring session at a future date.
Larry will still be stepping into the ring on the 20th. His new opponent, Kris Thompson, a 30-yr. old Staff Sergeant with the United States Air Force, proudly and confidently accepted the match. Kris has many years of Muay Thai training, with an amateur record of 9-4. This match-up should prove to be quite an exciting battle of guts, glory, and courage for both Larry and Kris.

We offer competitive and non-competitive programs for kids and adults. Our kids program is for ages 8 through 13. The adult program
